Meet these Pets of the Week at Burke County Animal Services:
Catdog: This lady is over 8 months old and spayed. She has a hound nose that needs to explore in a new home. She does well with other animals and loves pets and cuddles. She is super sweet and would love to have somewhere to run and explore (and maybe a couch, too). She is one of our longest residents.
Reason: This lady is one of our older residents at more than 3 years old. She is spayed and does well around other animals. She would love a home where she could nap and lay in the sun. She is pretty lazy, so a nice, quiet home would be the best for her. She is also another longer resident of ours.
Lasagna: This sweet guy is about 2 years old and neutered. He does well around other animals. He is an absolute lovebug who wants all the pets and all of your attention. He would love a home where he could have a couch and get as much cuddling done as possible. You won鈥檛 be disappointed.
Nebula: This spunky girl is about 2 months old. She does amazing with other animals and loves to play. She also does well with kids, which means that she has lots of energy to play and love on them.
All adoptions include up-to-date vaccines, preventatives, a spay or neuter, and dogs will be heartworm tested.
Animal Services is in need of food donations for its community pet food bank, which goes to help pets of those in need. Donations can be dropped off or mailed to Burke County Animal Services at 425 Kirksey Drive, Morganton, NC 28655.
